ISACA Presentation: Three Areas of Focus for the Post-COVID CISO
I created a presentation for ISACA focused on the three main areas CISOs need to focus on in a post-COVID world.
During the presentation I cover a lot about the need to move from the constant hamster wheel of annual procurement of new technical solutions to focusing on identifying gaps based on business risk while operationalising, measuring, continually improving - and even consolidating - what you already have.
I discuss the need for agility as we enter these uncertain times and the need to be driven by resiliency, not protection and detection.
